Is there an option to replace the counts on the side of the piechart with percentages?

We'll add this feature in the next service release.
Note that when you use a Copy command in the chart window, GeNIe copies the bitmap but also tab separated name/count pairs as text. You can subsequently paste such text into a program like Excel or Google Sheets and use its graphing features to obtain a piechart with percentages. See the attached screenshot - the cells highlighted in blue were pasted from GeNIe's piechart window.

Piechart window in version 2.3.3705 (just released) has an option to show percentages.
