Hey!

I am trying to validate my network. I made a network with much background knowledge and expert knowledge. Therefore I decided to use the TestOnly validation method.

However when I compare the confusion matrix to the percentages shown in the nodes, the shares to not seem to match:

E.g.
Grocery shopping is a node.
The shares of the levels are ; 62% / 10 % / 13% / 12% / 3%
The TP and FP values of the levels are: 3914 / 10 / 24 / 16 / 3 (from a sample of 6160) > these do not match the percentages in the node. 3 out of 6160 is not 3% of 6160 for example

Where does this difference come from?
