SMILE 2.0 is now available at https://download.bayesfusion.com. This version of the library supports metalog distributions and discrete nodes based on intervals or point values.
SMILE fully supports Macs based on M series (Apple Silicon) ARM CPUs. The C++, Python and Java libraries are available as universal binaries, containing both ARM and x64 code. The wrapper for R is available as separate binaries for ARM and x64.
SMILE 2.0 released. Binaries for M-series Macs available, interval-based nodes and metalog distribution supported now.

Thank you for releasing SMILE 2.0. The available documentation of SMILE and its wrappers is for version 1.6, can it still be used? Are there breaking API changes to be aware of? Thanks!
