Decision node does not remember "intervals and point values setting.

In this example network 'new_2node_network. The setting point values for the decision node is not remembered once the node properties dialog is closed. Here are the steps to duplicate this;

1.Open the decision node properties dialog
2. Set the Outcomes to 'identifiers and point values "
3. Go to the definition tab to verify the change
4. click OK to close the dialog.
5. Reopen the node properties dialog - the 'identifiers and point values " option is still selected.
6. go to the definition tab. only identifiers are shown.
7. close and reopen the node properties - Outcomes have reverted to "identifiers"
8. Reset Outcomes to 'identifiers and point values " Open definition tab - only identifiers are shown.

Thanks for the bug report. We were able to reproduce and fix the issue. New GeNIe build with the fix applied will be publicly available in the first week of May.
