Hi,
my question is to know if I can load data in Genie, data whose variables correspond exactly to a model built, and then to infer the probability of a variable in the model given the data loaded. Is it possible to do it in Genie?

Re: Infer probability of a node given data file
You can do what you want by using the "Validate..." functionality in "Learning" menu. You can designate the variable that you are interested in to be the class node and also produce an output file. The output file contains the inputs and then additional columns for each of the states of the class nodes with the probability that GeNIe has assigned to them and, finally, the most likely class that GeNIe has selected. You can read in the new columns the probabilities that GeNIe has assigned to the outcomes of the class variable.
I hope this helps,
