Updatging parameters for a decision in the temporal plate

While I am able to evaluate a network in the temporal plate, wherein the parameters of a decision node vary according to the distribution of a chance node in the next time step, I am unable to find the payoffs of the value node without causing the program to close automatically due to error. I thought that I might be able to use an equation node to feed the result of the aforementioned chance node into the next iteration of the decision node, but that too did not work. Any suggestions as to how I might be able to structure relationships between a decision node and chance node in the temporal plate?

In fact, I seem to be challenged in evaluating any network in the temporal plate! Are there any tutorials of good examples for me to review that anyone might suggest?

Influence diagrams are not supported when temporal plate is enabled. The program behavior is undefined in such case
