Altix/SuSe Linux build

Post by Greg »

Hi,

Is there any way to get libraries for the Altix platform or source code to build them? The machine is running SuSe Linux 9 (Service Pack 2). I'm using the SmiLearn libraries to learn some networks from 10,000 records and they are taking considerable time and memory resources to run. I can get access to an Altix system with considerably more computational power if I can run the learning code on such a platform.

Thanks,
Greg Johnson

Unfortunately, we don't have the access to Altix hardware.

I believe I can get you an ID on our system temporarily to compile the libraries. Would you be able to do this for me and anyone else working on this platform?

Sorry - our policy restricts us to keep the sources in the lab.
