Hi,
I'm interested in comparing two large BN networks, generated with GeNie, in a way that would allow me to report differences in terms of the arc reversals, edges and v-structure. Can someone help me with this or provide a reference on a freely available tool or scripts for this type of analysis?

I don't know about any existing tool/script for such task. You'd have to write such program yourself in C++, Java or .NET.
