I'm kinda newbie to SMILE/SMILEARN, i've been reading the wikis and internet stuff but so far i haven't found how to learn the parameters of a Bayesian Network given the structure, i mean, i've seen how to learn through SMILE/SMILEARN both the estructure and parameters at the same time, but, what if i have a structure learned with a particular method (e.g., Chow-Liu or Rebane-Pearl) and i want to learn the parameters of this previously learned network with SMILE/SMILEARN?
Any chance for a small example please? (maybe using C++ if possible) or a document or webpage discussing this same topic?
