Iterative updating of priors

I have developed a simple network for predicting annual average phosphate concentrations in a river catchment. I would like to iteratively update the priors for some of the parent nodes by using evidence for parent and child nodes from an observed sequence of years. Is this possible in GeNIe?

I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but GeNIe can model/perform inference in dynamic BNs. Try enabling this feature using the Network|Enable temporal plate option.
