Can QGeNIE display the weight value of edges?

I saw examples in the documentation have this and regard it a good feature for elicitation but don't know how to activate it.

You can view the weight value of the arc by positioning your mouse cursor over arc's head. The tooltip with arc properties will be displayed.

Thank you. Good feature! It'd be even better if there is an option in e.g. View or individual arcs that allows the value to stay being displayed.
