When trying to copy an equation node from one file to another, I get the following error:
When I then save the file, and try to re-open it the file is corrupted:
The error is related to this new entry in the file:
There is no entry for the node under <extensions>, where the color and location for all nodes are given.
The error is solved by removing the new entry.

Thanks for reporting this. I was unable to reproduce the exact scenario you described, but found other issues in copy/paste code. This issue gets high priority in our tracking system.

We have fixed multiple bugs related to copy/paste recently, if you can, please try to reproduce this problem using the most recent build 4.0.2221.
