Issue with tornado report

Post by userFFF »

Hi, I have produced the tornado report below.
But I am not sure how to interpret line number 3 , line number 6 and line number 7.

I expected all the lines with the same pattern, see for example the first two lines:
"SICK_LEAVE"="1-5 days" | "NATURE"=Blunt", "SEVERITY"="Slight"
"SICK_LEAVE"="1-5 days" | "NATURE"=Blunt", "SEVERITY"="Moderate"
since I chose "SICK_LEAVE"="1-5 days" in the dropbox.

However I have some lines (such as #3 #6 #7) without "SICK_LEAVE"=... at the beginning in the text, and with "NATURE"=...", "MECHANISM"="..." only

Is there any reason for that?
Should I consider an expression as "SICK_LEAVE"="1-5 days" at the beginning of the text?

Thank you in advance for your help

The rows in the tornado chart represent the specific probabilties in the CPTs in the network nodes. The probabilities are sorted by the effect they have on the selected output probability (in your case SICK_LEAVE_DAYS_IA=S1_5_days). Your network contains another node (NATURENAME_AS) with a CPT which, when changed, would have a significant impact on the SICK_LEAVE_DAYS_IA=S1_5_days.
