A simple question

Post by charlie »

The user guide says that at the Discretization tab of an equation node, if I select Elicitate, I can manually edit the CPT. But I just cannot do it. All the numbers in the CPT table are not editable. Why?

Thanks

The Elicitate command opens the interactive chart where you can move the interval boundaries with a mouse. The CPT is then adjusted accordingly. Note that GeNIe does not store the discretized CPTs in the xdsl files - only the intervals. The CPTs are derived at runtime.

We'll fix the GeNIe manual to avoid the confusion - currently the information about the Elicitate command is incorrect.
