The tornade graph of the node's sensitivity

Post by wxk8000 »

Hello, I have a question of the sensitivity behind you, as shown in the figure

I get the tornade graph of node "rpm_mmin", why the first column of the graph is the "D_mm=state1 | CL_mm=state3" ?

I thought it should be like the following picture, the tornade graph should just show the sensitivity of the node "rpm_mmin"

The first row in the tornado shows the parameter in the network which has the greatest effect on the posterior probabilities of the target nodes (given current evidence). You can click on the tornado row to open this parameter.

Your screenshots show that all nodes are targets - if you're only interested in the sensitivity for rpm_mmin, make sure it's the only target.
