Re: Creating a node which sums the results of parent nodes' states
I have a related problem - I have a node that sums the values of five parent nodes (all continuous variables). However, I want to exclude zeros from the parent nodes, hence I set the minimum interval for each parent node to 1e-12. This means that for some parent nodes, I obtain between 2-30% of vali...

Re: Error when running Cooper's algorithm
Is there any particular alternative algorithm that you would recommend to switch to or try instead?

Re: Apply the BBN to a table of cases
It doesn't appear possible to apply a hybrid network to a table of cases. This only seems possible with a discrete network. Is this correct? Many thanks.

Re: Discrepancy between simulated CDF and discretized probabilities
Dear Marek, many thanks for your reply. I have sent you the network via a private forum message as suggested. I have sent you the full network as I can't see how it could be simplified whilst keeping the network properties. However, the problem should be clear to see in the final network node. Maybe...

Discrepancy between simulated CDF and discretized probabilities
I'll try to express as clearly as possible my question, which seems rather complex to me. I have a hybrid network with >30 nodes simulating phosphorus concentrations in a river catchment. The simulated values are broadly sensible, with mean 0.009, min=0.00002 and maximum=0.12. I'm trying to simulate...

Apply the BBN to a table of cases
Is it possible to apply a discrete or continous BBN in Genie to a whole table of cases at once and save the simulations in a new column? I know it's possible to load a case and run the BBN in the interface but is it possible to apply the BBN to many cases at once and save the output as a new column ...
