Dear colleague,
In GeNIe, what is the metric of sensitivity index? It is kind of hard to interpret the sensitivity analysis results without knowing how big or small it should be or compare with.
Thank you for the help.

editing edges
Dear Marek, In the next release, is it possible to allow use to modify the edges in such a way that users can put it in a position by dragging it into different shapes rather than just a straight line? That will help to make figure much more readable or look better, particularly for a large network....

clustering algorithm
I have another question. For clustering algorithm, I can select one algorithm in network. But I am confused about is that in the initial structure learning, I cannot specify which algorithm to use. It is only after the structure is learned, I can then specify which algorithm. Then what is the use of...

compare models
In using GeNIe, how can we compare two or three models and know which one is a better one? Literature typically indicates using sensitivity analysis and prediction accuracy. But is there any model fit index we can use to compare which model is a better one? Relatedly, when we do structure learning, ...

Re: interpreting Tornado diagram for sensitive analysis
Thank you, Shooltz. If I understand you correctly, what Bar 2 indicates is that if we change the probability distribution in PTSD_Alter=high, then the probability for ...| PTSD_intr=high, traum_event=high, distressing=high will increase as well. So, it is a mutual sensitivity in a sense. Is this int...

interpreting Tornado diagram for sensitive analysis
I have some difficulty in understand what Tornado diagram tells me. For example, I have the following chart: Doc1.docx The chart shows Sensitivity for PTSD_Alter = high. For Bar 2, which is the second most sensitive factor, it shows "PTSD_Alter = high | PTSD_intr=high, .. What I confused about ...
