Random generation of BNs

Does SMILE implement a function to randomly generate Bayesian networks? Generating random BNs can be useful when evaluating some algorithm (that is relies on a BN) over a large set or various networks. Soft evidence and cloning implemented on top of jsmile

I have just extended the Network class in jsmile and implemented soft evidence. My class also includes a crude copier (cloner). Let me know if you want to check it out.
