I have developed a simple network for predicting annual average phosphate concentrations in a river catchment. I would like to iteratively update the priors for some of the parent nodes by using evidence for parent and child nodes from an observed sequence of years. Is this possible in GeNIe?

Thanks Marek, to be honest I haven't progressed to DBN modelling yet. However, I've given the problem more thought. Maybe a simple approach is just to add a decision node with two states: forward process and reverse process. I'll give it a try.
