Here's the AutoIt wrapper around the SmileX functions:

Will SmileX work with everything GeNIe produces, or are some features out of date? And thanks again!

Currently available SmileX binaries are based on the same SMILE code used by GeNIe. You should be able to load any network file saved from GeNIe.

There's some functionality not exposed through SmileX API, though. For example, you can create dynamic network (DBN) in GeNIe and load it into SmileX. SmileX will not give you the access to temporal CPTs; there's also no way of setting temporal evidence.
